BAE Systems is y seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business priorities.
This is a key opportunity to partner with senior leaders, drive transformation, and contribute to shaping the future of our workforce.
The Job
* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple functions.
* Lead the development and execution of a tactical people plan aligned to business strategy.
* Provide expert coaching on HR matters including employee relations, performance, and talent management.
* Analyse people data and market insights to assess risks, inform planning and improve outcomes.
* Drive major change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing HR team.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective HR solutions.
Skills
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR business partnering role.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills within complex or unionised environments.
* Ability to drive strategy, develop people plans and lead high-impact change
