We’re looking for a hands-on HR Administrator with a background in recruitment to join our client’s busy HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves keeping processes organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to expand their HR and recruitment expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your main focus will be supporting the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process, while also providing essential HR administrative support. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing recruitment inboxes and responding promptly to candidate queries
2. Handling applications and coordinating interview scheduling
3. Maintaining recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data
4. Supporting onboarding – ensuring new starters are set up correctly and enrolled in Learning & Development systems
5. Preparing offer letters and contracts in line with company processes
6. Spotting opportunities to streamline recruitment and admin processes
7. Providing general HR support when needed

Requirements:
8. Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR support
9. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
10. Strong communication skills and a professional approach
11. Comfortable using HR/recruitment systems and managing multiple tasks
12. Calm under pressure and able to keep things moving efficiently
13. Proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves
