Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient operation of the Front Desk
* Control the flow of customers and orders throughout service
* Manage all transactions during service
* Ensure all outlets are staffed according to business levels
* Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
* Maximise sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programmes
* Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Qualifications
* Front Office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector
* Excellent supervisory skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills
* Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
* Calm and organised
* Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
* Interest in developing others to be part of a winning team
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager
* Previous experience at Supervisory level
