Job Description
As Logistics Customer Service Manager, you will:
* Lead, develop and motivate a team of customer service professionals within the logistics division.
* Act as the key point of contact for major customers, ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are achieved.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Monitor KPIs and service metrics, implementing corrective action where necessary.
* Partner with internal teams (operations, planning, and commercial) to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
* Support the business in identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive long-term retention.
