WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our HR function. This role is key in building a positive workplace culture, supporting our managers, and ensuring HR practices are aligned with both employment law and our company values. The key responsibilities of the role will be: Oversee all HR functions across the restaurant group, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Support managers with staff development, training, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Lead initiatives to improve staff engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Manage HR systems, payroll processes, and personnel records. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion. Line manage the HR team, inclusive of a Talent Manager, HR Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator. WHO YOU ARE An experienced HR manager/business partner Experience within the hospitality industry desirable Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, mediation, and people skills. Hands-on, approachable, and solutions-focused. Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
