Role Summary As a Professional Services Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in consulting, legal, finance, and other professional services industries. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with candidates who meet both the technical and cultural requirements. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates across professional services roles. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and company culture. Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes. Ensure ATS accuracy and compliance with hiring policies. Deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve processes. Qualifications 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in or for professional services (consulting, legal, finance, etc.). Proven success hiring roles like consultants, analysts, or legal professionals. Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills. Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
