The Role
This is a phone-based, relationship-focused position where you will:
* Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
* Confidently identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Support account management and ongoing client retention
* Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint
* Work towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service, internal sales, telesales, or a similar phone-based role
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
* Naturally commercially aware with an ability to spot opportunities
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
