As a HR Admin you will be responsible for:
5. Maintain and update employee records and files
6. Writing and posting job adverts
7. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and processing applications
8. Calendar and inbox management
9. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
10. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
11. General Admin support to the wider HR team when required
If you have excellent administration experience, ideally having experience HR Team.
12. You will have an excellent eye for detail
13. Excellent organisational and time management skills
14. Work with confidential information
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
