Site Manager – Spondon, DE21 Salary: £Competitive salary, to be discussed at interview We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team at a busy site in Spondon, Derbyshire. This role is based within a fast-paced distribution and food production environment, offering the chance to play a key role in delivering high standards of service and operational excellence. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services on-site, leading a team of colleagues, and ensuring that operational, compliance, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader to take ownership of a key site and help drive continuous improvement within a dynamic operation.
