Offer description

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a HR Administrator at our Warrington site. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility required.


Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employee records on the HR system, ensuring accuracy
* Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle including probation, starters and leavers
* Responsible for Site Engagement, Comms, & CSR Initiatives
* Provide first line advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, investigations and performance management
* Assist and support line managers in employee relations meetings
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers


What you need to succeed at GXO

* Experience in a similar capacity – with a generalist HR background, within a logistics background preferred
* CIPD Level 3 or above, or working towards is desirable
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* You will need excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence positively, and foster a collaborative, people-focused environment across all levels of the business

We offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
