What You’ll Be Doing:
💥 Driving net new business across the UK & Europe
🧠 Selling complex, high-value engineering & digital services
🏗️ Shaping the go-to-market strategy and UK sales approach
🤝 Working closely with global delivery and marketing teams
📈 Building toward leadership of a UK sales team as growth unfolds
Who You Are:
✅ A senior-level sales professional in IT consulting, digital transformation, or software services
✅ Proven track record of closing new business with enterprise or high-growth clients
✅ Deep experience selling offshore or nearshore software development services (essential) 🌎
✅ Strategic mindset – able to scale operations from 0 to 1 (and beyond)
✅ Entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats 🎩
✅ UK-based, with a solid network and strong commercial instincts
