Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Liverpool, offering flexibility for some remote work. As the Administration & Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR and administrative functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and scheduling, as well as optimizing office operations and managing company resources. You will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, supporting employee development, and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Human Resources expertise, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
* Administrative skills, including resource management, scheduling, and process optimization
* Proficiency in compliance and payroll systems, as well as knowledge of employment law
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proven experience managing hybrid teams and fostering productivity in both remote and in-office settings
* Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
* Experience in supply chain or logistics industries is advantageous.
