• Managing and supervising a team of caretakers and cleaners

• Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate documentation
• Managing budgets for maintenance and site improvements
• Supporting school events and daily operations
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous experience in site or facilities management
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance and safeguarding
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Practical maintenance or trade background desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience on local government support staff scale.
