The Northern region is benefiting from a number of recent projects wins and to support this growth the company are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to oversee the internals on a challenging and prestigious £100m high rise development in the centre of Leeds. The ideal candidate will have; Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large scale projects. Or a Project Manager with a track record of delivering projects at £10m or more Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health and safety standards Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills Ability to oversee multiple aspects of project delivery while ensuring quality and timelines are met This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with a prominent contractor on a significant project.
