Are you currently looking to change your current job and have 3 or more years' experience in an HR environment? Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing professional advice, guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
Monitor absence across the organisation, providing timely and accurate absence information and initiating the absence management process as appropriate, ensuring appropriate parties are informed when required.
Assist managers with all aspects of the recruitment cycle from vacancy notification to induction.
Administer employee benefits programs, staff wellbeing initiatives and support company culture
Minimum of 3 years experience at a similar level completing HR duties
Experience of conducting training needs analysis, delivering and implementing training
Experience in recruitment, HR Policy creation and utilisation of HR Systems
Please note this is an office-based role. We cannot offer remote or hybrid working.
30 – 5 Monday to Thursday, 9 – 5 Friday. No late nights or weekends.
