We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a varied, healthy, and nutritionally balanced menu that meets specific dietary requirements for customers in our residential care home.
Within an agreed budget, you will oversee an efficiently run kitchen, supervising staff involved in food preparation. You will ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times, complying with Health, Safety, and other regulatory standards.
There is also an opportunity to showcase creativity by catering for our functions and special events, celebrating a range of occasions throughout the year.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Experience working in a kitchen environment.
* A recognised catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate / commitment to work towards).
* Flexibility to work within rostered hours.
