Quality Manager (RGN) Salary: Circa £70,000 + company vehicle or car allowance Location: National (home-based) Central and West of England A premium, values-led care provider is recruiting for a Clinical Quality Manager to join its established quality team. This is a newly created role and would suit a nurse-qualified professional who enjoys working at pace, supporting services through challenge, improvement and regulatory readiness. Reporting into the Group Director of Operations, the Quality Manager will provide clinical and quality oversight across residential, nursing and dementia services, supporting both established homes and newly acquired services across the UK.
