Key Responsibilities:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for:
8. Preparing and serving nutritious daily meals
9. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
10. Managing stock, food orders, and kitchen supplies
11. Catering for dietary and cultural requirements
12. Working within budget and following strict health & safety regulations
13. Confidently managing the kitchen during lone working shifts
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Cook role, you will need:
14. An Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
15. Previous catering or Chef experience
16. Food Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Certificate
17. Ability to work under pressure and self-motivate
18. Experience working independently or in lone working environments
19. Strong organisation and time-management skills
20. Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries (desirable)
