Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals for our members and visitors. This part-time role is to help us cover our kitchen opening hours of 10am to 4pm for both weekday and weekend shifts. Approximately 25 hours per week on average with extra hours available Monday to Friday to cover busy periods.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with food safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time
Qualifications/Experience:
* Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
* Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
* Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
* Understanding of food safety regulations. Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety desirable.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Remuneration package negotiable for the right candidate
