Murray Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Payroll & HR Administrator based in South Lanarkshire. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll and carry out HR Administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience looking to expand their skill set and develop HR experience. Our client will consider full or part time for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processes. Input hours from reports and timesheet's accurately. Calculate overtime, SSP, SMP, annual leave entitlements, etc. Send timesheets and manage related documentation. Use Sage 50 for payroll processing. Handle new starters and leavers processes. Provide support to the HR Manager with general HR administration tasks. Experience and Skills : Previous experience in payroll administration. Familiarity with Sage 50 or similar payroll software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
