This is very operational role, and you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day HR duties.
This position reports into a supportive HR Manager and offered with hybrid working, with up to 2 days a week working from home.
Some of your responsibilities would be:
1. Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR queries.
2. Managing ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances and absence issues.
3. Coordinating recruitment by shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters.
4. Delivering HR inductions and running probation reviews.
5. Recording absences, monitoring triggers and escalating concerns.
6. Manage the company Academy and all L&D administration, including acting as first point of contact, organising training sessions, liaising with external providers, and maintaining accurate training records.
