We’re working with a large enterprise sized organisation that’s investing heavily in its Microsoft 365 and Power Platform estate as part of a wider digital transformation programme.
They’re looking to hire a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design and build high-quality internal applications and automated workflows that support colleagues and improve services at scale.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys building robust Power Platform solutions within a governed environment, with the opportunity to influence standards and best practice as the platform continues to mature.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing, building and supporting Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate solutions
* Working with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Teams and wider Microsoft 365 services
* Integrating internal and third-party systems using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps and Functions
* Supporting application lifecycle management including version control, environments and deployment pipelines
* Ensuring solutions align with security, data protection and accessibility standards
* Maintaining clear technical documentation and supporting users where needed
* Working closely with IT, security and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of Power Platform standards and ways of working
What they’re looking for
* Around 4+ years’ experience delivering business applications using Microsoft Power Platform
* Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
* Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure integration patterns
* Experience working with REST APIs and custom connectors
* Familiarity with ALM and CI/CD approaches in a Power Platform context
* Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
* Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to tools such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power BI or Microsoft Fabric would be beneficial but is not essential.
Why consider it
* Stable, purpose-driven organisation with long-term digital investment
* Opportunity to work on meaningful systems used at scale
* Strong benefits package typical of the housing sector
* Hybrid working model and realistic expectations around delivery
If you’re a Power Platform developer looking for a role that offers solid technical work, stability, and scope to grow, this is well worth a conversation.
