Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Marketing & Sales Executive. The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for the following duties:
* Cultivate regular and effective communication with customers across diverse locations through virtual/in-person meetings;
* Maintain meticulous records and accounts of sales, efficiently handling customer complaints and concerns.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering advice on service capabilities.
* Curate and manage a prospective customer list, conducting proactive sales calls to both
* existing and potential clients.
* Evaluate and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
* Lead negotiations for contracts and package deals. Provide customers with comprehensive quotes and sales orders.
* Deliver exceptional after-sales service, including courtesy calls and on-site visits. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on quotes and actively pursue potential leads.
* Accurately complete sales order paperwork attention to detail.
* Generate and nurture potential leads to expand the client base and drive new accounts.
Qualifications
* Direct Experience in Marketing & Sales
* Proven track record in Sales, Client Relationship Management and Lead Generation
* Strong analytical skills for Market Research and Trend Analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team
* Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools
* Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree
