Overview
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in fit out and refurbishment projects? Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team in Lancaster for a minimum 6-month project.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Lead and coordinate on-site activities, managing a team of contractors and subcontractors to deliver the project on time and to specification.
Qualifications
* Valid SMSTS certificate, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
* Previous experience in fit out and refurbishment projects is essential.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively manage a team.
* Proactive, results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
