Salary: £12.70 per hour
Hours: Part Time – 15 hours, Monday: 6:30am- 2:00pm, Tuesday: 6:30am-2:00pm

The Role:
We are seeking motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team during an exciting time of change at Trafford Leisure.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Your key responsibility will be to create a positive and lasting first impression for every customer who visits the centre, providing a safe and professional environment while they use our fitness services and products.
By doing so, you will play a vital role in maintaining the Centre’s reputation for excellence and contributing to its growth and ongoing success.
In the role of Health and Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for:
* Meeting and greeting customers, actively engaging and promoting health and fitness, and building rapport.
* Working closely with club members, including inducting them on how to use gym equipment.
* Providing detailed and achievable programmes for club clientele.
* Actively selling club memberships.
* Completing regular maintenance checks and cleaning.
* Teaching and covering classes.
* Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet programme needs.
* Ensuring equipment meets first-class safety and cleanliness standards.
* Listening and responding to customers’ requests.
To be successful in the role of Health and Fitness Instructor: You must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
