We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join our growing team someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organisation, compliance, and people operations. Key Responsibilities * Input and process weekly timesheets accurately and on time * Provide HR and administrative support to candidates and employees * Maintain and update employee and candidate records in the database and ATS * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards * Support the payroll process, liaising with finance to ensure accurate payments * Conduct internal audit reporting and assist with maintaining compliance documentation * Prepare and submit reports and updates on HR and recruitment activities * Coordinate with internal departments to support talent acquisition initiatives * Administer and maintain programs relating to job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns * Support HR and compliance projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met * Monitor and track project progress to ensure completion within timelines and resource limits * Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times * Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) across all levels of the business Qualifications & Skills * 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment administration, or compliance * Experience wi...
