Key Responsibilities of Showroom Sales Executive: Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, delivering a tailored, consultative sales experience. Manage a high volume of enquiries across calls, emails and showroom visits, ensuring every interaction reflects premium service standards. Prepare quotations, proposals and product recommendations to convert leads into confirmed orders. Proactively follow up on customer enquiries, confirm deliveries and encourage repeat business. Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers, maximising lifetime value. Collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent communication. Maintain an in depth knowledge of the product range, design trends and upcoming launches to act as a trusted product expert. Accurately log activity in the CRM and provide clear reporting on sales performance and customer insights. Represent the brand at showroom appointments, trade events and through digital channels, always reflecting professionalism and integrity. Experience Required: Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within retail or interiors. A consultative approach to selling with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong communication skills both face to face and over the phone with a confident, professional manner. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously. Proficient with IT and ability to adapt to CRM and ecommerce platforms. A driven, results focused individual who thrives in a target driven but customer first environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and performance based incentives providing an OTE of £60k.
