* Lead generation and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
* Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
* Margin & Share of Wallet Growth: Drive increased profitability by optimizing margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
* Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
* Reporting & Feedback: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
