<div><h3>About The Role</h3><p><b>Job</b>: Sales Executive</p><p><b>Salary</b>: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)</p><p><b>Bonus</b>: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance</p><p><b>Hours</b>: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. We have over 500 branches and are opening more sites each month</p><p>We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.</p><p>Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:</p><ul><li>First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.</li><li>Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.</li><li>Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.</li><li>Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>A current full UK manual driving license</li><li>Experience of working in a target driven environment</li><li>Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
