Contract Length: 18-20 Weeks
Start date: June 2026
Rate: NegotiableCons
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day demolition activities and site teams
* Ensure full Health & Safety and CDM compliance
* Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
* Produce RAMS and report on progress
* Liaise with clients and local authorities
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in demolition projects
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
* Strong leadership skills.
