A leading secondary academy in Newcastle is recruiting an articulate and highly organized HR Administrator for a permanent June start. This position handles the complete staff lifecycle administrative duties, including managing the Single Central Record (SCR), coordinating the recruitment process, drafting contracts, managing pre-employment compliance vetting, and processing payroll changes.

The HR team operates with clear, efficient systems, allowing you to manage complex compliance tasks seamlessly. Leadership values professional integrity and provides the tools necessary to maintain exceptional regulatory standards.

Requirements * Essential: Direct previous experience managing school HR administration and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) in a UK school setting is a must.

* Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK .

* Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong administrative software fluency.

Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Full-Year contract).

* Salary Range: £31,000 – £35,500 per annum (premium salary tier for education HR professionals).
