We are looking for an experienced Site Manager Level 2 to take the helm of our premises team, ensuring our academy is not just operational, but a safe, secure, and thriving environment for learning. Responsibilities
* Site Management & Strategy: Liaise with the Senior Manager to plan scheduled maintenance, procure quotes, and oversee external contractors to ensure work is completed to quality standards.
* Team & Budget Leadership: Allocate work to and monitor the cleaning team, identifying training needs, whilst contributing to the management of the premises budget and stock control.
* Security & Safety: Ensure site security (including opening/closing and emergency call-outs) and maintain a safe environment through regular risk assessments and strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
* Maintenance & Operations: Carry out repairs and building system checks, maintain accurate compliance records, and manage daily site logistics, including porterage and school lettings.
