Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in Passive Fire Protection installation and remediation? We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable fire protection contractor that is expanding its team due to continued project wins across the Northwest.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, third-party accredited business known for delivering fire compliance works across a variety of sectors including housing, healthcare, education, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for fire stopping installations and upgrade projects
*
Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
*
Ensure compliance with BM TRADA / FIRAS or other third-party accreditation requirements
*
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular H&S checks
*
Liaise with clients and internal project teams to provide progress updates
*
Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, quality checks and handover documentation
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing fire stopping installation projects
*
Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and compliance standards
*
Excellent leadership and site management skills
*
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS
*
Full UK driving licence
*
BM TRADA / FIRAS knowledge or certification highly desirable
This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a keen eye for compliance and quality, looking for their next contract in the local Cheshire area.
