HR Manager - Hospitality | Sheffield | £50,000-£60,000 We're partnering with a well-known and fast-growing hospitality brand in Sheffield who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a people-focused business, managing a team of HR professionals across both office and field operations. The Role: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality HR support across all areas of the business. Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Driving HR initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and retention. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and succession planning. The Person: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on HR management role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused industry. CIPD Level 5 or above qualification required. Strong experience leading and developing teams, both in-office and in the field. Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Confident influencing at all levels of the business with strong stakeholder management skills. Solutions-focused with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
