You’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining ETL workflows, streamlining operational processes, and supporting our regulatory technology platform.

Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled developer with experience in ETL automation and data operations. The day-to-day responsibilities of the EDM & Automation Developer will include:
* Designing, building, and maintaining ETL workflows using EasyMorph and other automation tools.
* Supporting data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes across multiple systems.
* Collaborating with compliance and reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
* Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
* Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assisting in the integration of new data sources and automation of manual tasks.
Desired Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in data operations, ETL development, or automation.
* Hands-on experience with EasyMorph or similar ETL tools.
* Strong understanding of data structures, transformation logic, and workflow automation.
* Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud-based data environments.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
