We are currently working with a manufacturing firm who are looking to appoint a HR Manager in a fully generalist capacity.
This will be a full time and site based permanent role, paying c£40k and will be providing support to 125 staff members across the Somerset area.
Fully generalist role, responsible for employee relations, training, apprentices, HR administration and payroll
Line managing and supervising a HR Assistant
Leading on a wide range of HR projects, including cultural change, employee engagement and coaching line managers on HR policy
Supporting with the implementation of a new HR system
Updating and refreshing HR policies and processes in line with UK legislation
Creating and delivering training workshops
Previously worked in a generalist capacity covering employee relations, training and HR administration
Monday - Friday
~30 (early finish on a Friday)
