Customer Services Manager Westhill, Aberdeen 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity cover) About Us :JFD is the world leading underwater capability provider, serving the commercial and defence markets with innovative diving, submarine and hyperbaric rescue, technical solutions and services .Operating worldwide, the company is the world’s leading provider of submarine rescue capability and an established provider of submarine escape training. The company is at the forefront of Hyperbaric Rescue, along with being the leading supplier of commercial and defence diving equipment and saturation diving systems to the commercial industry .The Defence Division provides underwater systems and life support capabilities, for the defence and commercial diving markets. The Rol e:The role forms part of the Commercial Diving and Hyperbaric team, responsible for ensuring that new sales orders are being seamlessly delivered to our customers in accordance with the agreed schedule s.This position will act as the prime contact with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders, monitoring, updating and tracking orders, dashboard and KPI’ s. Principle Accountabiliti es:Managing and maintain customer relationships, providing updates on delivery and logisti cs.Ensure orders are delivered O TIFManage the operations team, ensuring accurate focused delivery of goods and servic es.Ensuing weekly/monthly order dashboards are updated and circulated on ti me.Ensuring all shipments are invoiced and shipped in an efficient mann er.Timely reporting to clients of order updat es.Maintenance of order books and recor ds.Managing and maintenance of export/licence records in compliance with export contro ls.Liaison with all internal support departments ensuring key information to customers’ orders is updated and communicat ed.Responsible for the prompt response and compliance to customer requiremen ts.Responsible for the compliance to policies, procedures and process es. Qualifications and Experie nce:Demonstrable experience with customer relationsh ips.Previous business systems knowle dge.Experience of planning detail and struct ure.Previous Experience in leading a t eam.UK and International logistics/export complia nce.HRMC and DGM expos ure.
