Job Details:
1. Pay: Up to £69,000 per annum (Bonus: 12%, Company Car/Allowance)
2. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role
3. Duration: Permanent
4. Benefits: Pension 8%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private healthcare
Job Role: As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a quality team of five, including 2 Quality Managers and 3 Inspectors, across two sites in Heathrow and Tewksbury. Your focus will be on driving compliance, improving customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement practices. You'll ensure delivery of high-quality products, develop and evolve quality systems, lead improvement initiatives, and maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
5. Extensive experience in a Quality role at a senior or management level within a manufacturing environment
6. Working and audit knowledge relevant to accredited standards
7. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment with knowledge of industry standards and guidelines
8. Demonstrable experience in validating new equipment and processes
9. Project management and problem-solving skills (e.g., Six Sigma)
10. Excellent customer relations skills
