We are now seeking a Catering Manager to join our team at RAF Odiham in Hook, Hampshire.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee all catering, hospitality, and retail café operations on-site
* Manage front-of-house delivery across all messes and support mess bar functions
* Lead, develop, and support team performance through reviews and training
* Drive food safety, hygiene, and service excellence in line with Sodexo and client standards
* Ensure financial targets are met, including margin, sales, and waste control
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and build strong relationships
What you bring:
* Proven experience in catering or hospitality management
* Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership and team development skills
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and stock
* Confident communicator with the ability to build client and customer relationships
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering systems (e.g., Kronos, LeanPath, Drive, CPOS)
