Skills
* Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Salesforce for managing candidate interactions is a plus.
* Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive connections with candidates and hiring teams.
* Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is essential.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
