As the Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving venue sales and building strong relationships with clients. From converting new enquiries to securing repeat business, you'll be instrumental in maximising revenue and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion rates
* Drive repeat business through regular rebook and feedback calls
* Manage outbound campaigns to re‑engage and attract new clients
* Conduct professional venue show rounds to secure new business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies
* Manage the full booking process from initial enquiry through to event handover
* Prepare accurate event documentation for the operations team
Who They're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience within a venue, hospitality, or events-based environment
* A strong commercial understanding of pricing and conversion
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficient in using CRM and booking systems
* A self‑motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for client success
