Ensure compliance with HACCP standards. Supervise and manage kitchen operations. Cooking to a BaptistCare rotating menu, you will prepare all meals including breakfasts, lunches and dinners therefore availability to work am and pm shifts is essential. This position is 76 hours per fortnight with a rate varying from $30.31 - $37.45/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications. Relocation and temporary accommodation options available.
