Pro-active Client Engagement – You will be working on warm leads from potential clients who have enquired about the products on offer through our website. In Depth Product Knowledge –You will be able to confidently and accurately explain the services available and address any queries or concerns. Quote Generation & Presentation – Generate accurate quotes based off the client’s needs & information. You will also effectively present these quotes to clients and explain all options available based on their needs. Relationship Building – Fully understand what your clients’ needs are and to effectively allow you meet these needs.
