Volunteer HR Manager – Qisetna

What will you be doing?
* Establish HR infrastructure design, develop, and implement essential HR policies, procedures, and documentation specifically tailored for a volunteer‑based organization (e.g., volunteer agreements, onboarding, and retention guidelines).
* Recruitment and onboarding: Lead the end‑to‑end volunteer recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for new team members, writing engaging role descriptions, managing applications, and overseeing onboarding.
* Team support and development: Act as the main point of contact for volunteers regarding HR‑related queries, focusing on support, engagement, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
* Strategic alignment: Ensure all HR activities and practices align with Qisetna's mission.
