The Company
Our client, a global operator in the marine industry is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead and motivate a team providing support for our end consumer, dealers, distributors and OEM’s dealing with all warranty, technical and product issues.
The Role
* As Customer Services Manager you will ensure an exemplary customer service and warranty process that supports all our customers.
* You will take the lead on any complex customer focused activities.
* You will work closely and develop positive collaborative working relationships with our sales engineers and production departments.
* As the Customer Services Manager you will lead and manage the returns system ensuring correct paperwork and customer correspondence is in place.
* As the Customer service expert you will provide route cause analysis reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.
* You will manage, motivate and lead a team in a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Successful Candidate
* You will have a successful track record as a Customer Service professional.
* It would be advantageous and desirable to have manufacturing or engineering experience, especially in warranty/returns area, however we are open to considering other sectors full product training will ongoing.
