Our manufacturing client based in the Deeside area is currently looking to recruit an experienced and diligent Quality Manager. As the Quality Manager you will oversee the QA team and enhance the quality assurance processes.This role is crucial in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of food quality and safety, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role is ideal for an experienced quality professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a proven track record of leading and developing quality teams in a FMCG setting who wants to support production in embedding a culture of improvement, operational efficiency and excellence in food safety.
Performance Objectives
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards, including HACCP.
