Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Lead Site Manager to take responsibility for a key project in Plymouth. The Project You will lead the delivery of a £5m design & build scheme, involving the replacement of roof and cladding systems on an existing building. This is a technically focused project requiring strong coordination, programme management, and attention to detail to ensure minimal disruption and high-quality execution. The Role As Lead Site Manager, you will take full site responsibility, reporting to the Project Manager and overseeing all site operations from start to completion.
