Cycling UK is launching an ambitious new strategy and is looking for a CRM Services Developer to join the team. The role supports Cycling UK’s customer relationship management tool (CRM) as a key enabler for maximizing income, attracting and retaining key audiences, and delivering successful programmes ranging from commercial to behaviour change. The CRM Services team aims to be a strong business partner to other Cycling UK functions.
As the CRM Services Developer you will support maintaining and improving the day-to-day processes of Cycling UK’s Microsoft Dynamics. You will work in a business-partner capacity to assist other Cycling UK staff with day-to-day support and training, and you will help evolve and develop new solutions where Microsoft Dynamics plays a role.
