About the Role
As an Employment Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising individuals and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a broad range of employment matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims
* Representing clients in tribunal proceedings where required
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies
* Providing day-to-day employment advice to HR professionals, SMEs, and larger organisations
* Supporting the firm’s business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
* A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Experience handling both claimant and respondent matters
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client care
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
