About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all aspects of HR within the business. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive HR support across the business
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Advise managers on HR policies and employment law
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
* Support performance management and employee development initiatives
* Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement
Requirements
* CIPD Level 4 qualification (minimum)
* Proven HR experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is desirable
